  • As Principal of Arrow Management, Jack brings extensive experience in complex construction across diverse industry sectors and large commercial projects. In his most recent leadership role, Jack contributed to the development and growth of Spartan Construction Management as a General Contractor executing construction projects nationwide. His role included leadership of project execution, project management, and field operations while also supporting pre-construction, client relations, and company strategy.

    In addition to his most recent experience, Jack has managed complex projects in CM and GC roles including projects in Antarctica, $100MM public and private projects, and complex adaptive-reuse projects in Washington, DC.

    Jack brings an industry leading and large project approach to his management of complex projects and focuses on the process, communication, transparency, and efficient execution to ensure success for client’s and their partners.
